Moscow, Russia - Negotiations have already started according to first rumors

According to rumors, the director of the Military-Technical Cooperation Service (FSVTS) would announce that Tanzania is ready to buy an whole series of Russian Mi-17 helicopters. The East African country seems also interested in supplies of new weapons and military public equipment: other fighter planes, guns and armored vehicles: "They [Tanzania] have examined all the suppliers and finally chose Russia"...
