Fabrizio Giulianini, Head of Electronics, Defence & Security Systems at Leonardo Finmeccanica, announced at the shareholders' meeting that he will resign on next May 31. Giulianini was considered as a possible replacement for Mauro Moretti or as the new general manager. Did he resign for these reasons?
