Lugano, Switzerland - Transfer of 99.1% of the shares
The Slovenian carrier Adria Airways has acquired 99.1% of the shares of the Swiss Darwin Airline, that operates with the name of Etihad Regional and belongs to the Etihad Airlines Group. The press reported that Darwin will continue its activity with the original brand: the airline has a fleet composed of six Saab 2000 and four ATR-72/500 airplanes. See for details AVIONEWS.
