"The Italian Honourable Basilio Catanoso (FI) has presented a parliamentary act addressed to the Prime Minister, to the Infrastructure and Transports Minister, to the Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister. To ask which initiatives the Government wants to adopt, for its competence, at European level to promote a control initiative by the European Commission on the efficacy and coherence of the EASA behaviours, besides on suitability of its leadership and to favour a new explanation of the European regulation (ORO-FCL) on the flight time of service and rest by the flying staff with the aim to protect the flight safety ignored in favour of the business interests".
