Airplanes. Ryanair. Strikes guarantor: "Declarations by the airline outside the Italian Constitution"

Rome, Italy - The affirmations by its Authority President, Giuseppe Santoro Passarelli

About Ryanair we receive by Giuseppe Santoro Passarelli, president of the strikes warranty authority, and publish it leaving the same opportunity to possible replies: "The affirmations by Ryanair leadership don't appear in compliance with the principles of the Italian set of rules, in which the strike, if legally used, is considered a constitutional right. It is important to remind that in a limited manner to the services that the Irish carrier carries out in Italy, the Authority of warranty has considered applicability of the law nr 146/1990, reserving the possibility to intervene in the case of grave prejudice towards users, following to the strikes made on the national territory. Not only, the same Ryanair, in the occasion of protests by the Italian flight controllers requests to Enac, Italian Civil Aviation Authority, (and it obtains) the protection of own daily flights, 'from and to the isles'. Finally, I want to recall that the law 146 bans those company behaviours that can define uprising or worsening of the dispute". See for details AVIONEWS.
