Korean Air first carrier in Asia to introduce CS-300 airplane

Seoul, South Korea - The Bombardier model begins operating next January 16

Korean Air has become the first carrier in Asia to introduce Bombardier’s CS-300 series aircraft, allowing the airline more flexibility in its domestic routes and introducing Premium Economy seating to its fleet. The aircraft was accepted at a delivery ceremony in the last days at industry’s Mirabel Facility in Quebec, Canada. The plane arrived in Seoul Dec. 25 and begin operating on its domestic routes Jan. 16, 2018. The carrier is expected to take delivery of its second CS-300 before year-end; the airline is planning to receive a total of ten aircraft.
