"Brexit": green light from the cabinet of ministers to the agreement

The situation for air transport will remain unchanged

The Cabinet of Ministers of the United Kingdom approved yesterday the draft agreement for "Brexit" presented by Prime Minister Theresa May, and now the last word before the final go-ahead will be the Parliament that in the coming weeks will be called to vote on the cartel. The text is long 585 pages and provides solutions for every possible problem that would arise if there were the feared "hard Brexit". Among the points on which an agreement has been reached, there is also the air transport sector, for which substantially nothing will change with respect to the current situation with the British airlines that will have access to the European market and investments, keeping the current connections offered to the airports of the EU countries due to the mutual recognition of transport safety regulations.

In the foreign and defense policy the United Kingdom will retain the possibility of being able to participate in the European Councils (if invited), as well as to send its armed forces in the security and peace-keeping missions organized by the EU.
