To map the location of space debris, the Canadian company NorthStar has planned to create a constellation of 40 satellites to observe the Earth's orbit constantly. An idea that attracted the Space Alliance -committed by Telespazio (Leonardo 67%, Thales 33%) and Thales Alenia Space (Thales 67%, Leonardo 33%)- which bought a part of the start-up, in which so far have been about 35 million euros invested...
