United Kingdom: Ryanair the worst air carrier for consumers
Penalized by long times, uncomfortable seats and the quality of food
In a British consumer survey -reported by "BBC"- Ryanair turned out to be the worst low-cost airline operating in the UK, mainly due to the long boarding times, the inconvenience on board the aircraft and the quality of food and drink. At the same time, even British Airways and easyJet are not among the most appreciated, and moreover the "traditional" one has been disadvantaged for the quality/price ratio and for the customer service, as well as for the inconvenience of the seats. A point that unites almost all airlines in the world especially in the airplanes used for short-range flights, where they have been added as many places as possible to make those connections more profitable. From this survey the best is Aurigny Air Services -a small airline based in Guernsay-, followed by Swiss Airlines, Jet2 and Klm.
