Protests in Hong Kong freeze travels
Airport, railway lines and motorway blocked
Increasingly heated and fierce protests in Hong Kong that arrived at the airport again, causing the cancellation of numerous flights and the suspension of the railway line to the Chek Lap Kok airport. Only trains remain active to reach the Island of the same name.
The highway is also blocked with traffic congestion.
After the arrest of several activists including 22-year-old young leader Joshua Wong and even a 13-year-old boy, the violent charges by the police in riot gear against the hundreds of protesters at the "Prince Edward" station ended with the wounding of several people and five of these now they are in serious condition.
