Corvette "Ingushetia" simulates air attack with Su-30 in Russia
On the Black Sea the antiaircraft defense was verified during a training test
Today, during a training exercise, the crew of the Russian missile corvette "Ingushetia" tested the operation of its anti-aircraft defense on the Black Sea. On board the small military ship, a test was faked against a Su-30SM combat aircraft assisted by shipbuilders to control detection systems and to verify the ability to hit aircraft targets. Launched in June 2019, the "Ingushetia" corvette was built for the marine fleet and is the eighth "Project 21631" ship. Class Buyan-M, it is equipped with the latest artillery, missiles, anti-sabotage devices and radio-technical weapons, including one of the most advanced "Kalibr-NK" precision rocket platforms.
The Sukhoi Su-30 is a multirole combat fighter based on the Su-27UB (codename Nato: "Flanker C"). Two seats, created by the homonymous Russian company. It is suitable for all-time deep interdiction missions, it has been developed as a long-range interceptor aircraft with the ability to share targets among several planes: a Su-30 can send radar coordinates of 10 targets to 4 aircraft.
