Rome, Italy - "It was a techinical problem"

During a workshop of an Italian logistic and transport Association (Confetra) held today in Rome, the Italian Minister of Transport, Pietro Lunardi, commented the new stop occurred this morning (see for detail AVIONEWS) saying "It was a techinical problem, it was a black-out".
