EU Court has partially erased decisions of European Commission about government loans to the Greek airline Olympiaki Aeroporia Ypiresies, requested in 2002. In 2002, indeed, Greek government had required to the UE the authorization to get loans for Olympiaki, to avoid its failure after damages caused by September, 11th 2001 attacks.
