Atlantia: consolidated and financial statements for 2018 approved

Green light from the BoD meeting held today -ATTACHMENT

Today’s meeting of the Board of Directors (BoD) of Atlantia SpA, chaired by Fabio Cerchiai, has examined and approved Atlantia’s separate and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, which will be published within the deadline established by the relevant statutory requirements, together with the results of the audit currently in progress. Its BoD also approved Integrated Report for 2018, containing the consolidated non-financial statement required by Legislative Decree 254/2016. This will be published at the same time as Atlantia’s Annual Report.

With the acquisition of Abertis, the Atlantia Group manages 14,000 kilometers of toll motorways in 16 countries in the world and the airports of Rome in Italy and Nice in France, serving a total of over 60 million passengers a year. The overall proforma result shows 11 billion euros in revenues, 7.3 billion euros of Ebitda; 31 thousand employees work in the Group. The Group's 2018 economic results include the consolidation of the Abertis Group in the last two months of the year as a result of the completion on 29 October 2018 of the acquisition of Abertis Infraestructuras SA.
