Ethiopian Airlines B-737 MAX 8 aircraft crashes
159 people on board
A Boeing B-737 MAX 8 plane -registration ET-AVJ- of Ethiopian Airlines crashed shortly after take-off from Addis Ababa airport with 149 passengers and 8 crew members on board, for which there would most likely not be hopes. The aircraft crashed at 8:44 am, 6 minutes after the flight started in the direction of Nairobi. It is not clear yet what could have caused the accident of the B-737 MAX 8 that had entered the fleet of Ethiopian Airlines only 4 months ago, and at the moment is not excluded any track because it is the second time that the first new twin-engine generation of Boeing crashes, after the case of the Lion Air plane. The carrier through bulletins is updating on twitter information about the air tragedy.
