Asiana Airlines: 3 years to restructure the carrier

A € 390 million loan is requested

If Asiana Airlines will fail to complete its restructuring plan over the next three years, which would allow it to return to positive operations, the main shareholder of the carrier -Kumho Asiana Group- would sell its shares to guarantee the repayment of the loan that could be provided by the Korean Development Bank (KDB).
