"Faxai": the violent typhoon devastates Japan

After the "Dorian" hurricane, which held the world in suspense, the "Faxaii" typhoon has been devastating Japan since September 8th. This new "monster" is capable of developing winds of up to 216 kilometers for hour and at the moment it caused the death of a person, thirty injured and 910 thousand homes are found without energy. With regard to transport, 130 flight connections to and from Tokyo-Haneda airport were cancelled and also rail services were suspended. Chiba Prefecture ordered evacuation for two thousand residents. Izu appears to be among the cities most affected by violent rainfall. In the coming hours and until tomorrow September 10th, meteorologists forecast another 150 millimeters of rain on the north-eastern region of Tohoku.
