Brief. The inaugural launch of Ariane 6 delayed by one year
But in the meantime, ESA employees sent away to Covid-19 are returning to Kourou
Short from the world. The employees of ESA, the European Space Agency, dismissed due to the pandemic emergency, are returning to the European cosmodrome in Kourou located in French Guyana, to resume preparations for the launch of Vega and Ariane 5, in addition to the construction of the new pad launching Ariane 6.
And speaking of the latter whose inaugural launch was scheduled for this year, ESA itself announces that the event, for understandable delays in the development sites of the European launcher during the health crisis from Covid-19, has been postponed to 2021.
