Israel introduces new unmanned helicopter

The company says these drones will represent a breakthrough in the sector

The Israeli company Steadicopter, specialized in defense, recently presented a new unmanned helicopter. It's the Black Eagle 50, which belongs to the category of Rotary Unmanned Aerial Systems. The aircraft with rotary wings is powered by electric motors, it weighs about 50 kg, it is capable of supporting up to two hours of flight, and it can perform a wide range of missions: from maintaining urban order to maritime, civil and secret operations.

It is an aircraft that "allows high performance and maximum operational flexibility, both for security forces and for civilian applications, such as search and rescue, cyber, intelligence, oil and gas platforms and high-level naval missions". It is "extremely simple to use, easy to maintain and respectful of the environment", said the Israeli manufacturer specialized in the production of unmanned robotics helicopters.
