China: bad weather blocks Harbin-Taiping airport

In these hours China is shaken by an unprecedented snowstorm. According to the railway company China Railway Harbin Group, around 60 trains were blocked throughout the province, while others had to reschedule departures and arrivals. Furthermore, in these rounds, Harbin-Taiping International Airport recorded the cancellation of 113 departing and arriving flights.

It is the most tangible effect of the intense snowfall that has disrupted daily life in northeastern China. The movement of people and goods is also completely disrupted. The National Meteorological Observatory has announced that low and medium-range snowfall will continue to occur in Heilongjiang.
