Russian agency Roscosmos increases revenues

Russia's federal space agency Roscosmos and its divisions in 2020 recorded a cash inflow of 4 billion Euros. This is an important figure that reflects the new ambitions of the Kremlin, which has revived the prominence of the pioneer of the cosmos in the nascent global space tourism industry. This is evidenced by the launch of the Soyuz capsule with Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa being taken to the International Space Station (Iss). The first tourist launch in the last 12 years.
The economic figure was announced the director general of the agency, Dmitry Rogozin, who on space tourism said: "This service provides us with money to finance the modernization of the rocket and space industry. I am instructing Rocket and Space Corporation Energia to submit to Roscosmos a concrete plan of action to increase production capacity in order to build 4 manned spacecraft each year".
