NATO defense plan was activated today. 

The secretary general, Jens Stoltenberg, during the conference, which ended a few minutes ago, pointed out that while the other powers sought diplomatic political solutions, Russia was planning an invasion. 

Institutions must define guidelines so that they can experience this new European reality. The defense will be strengthened in the coming days. 

"We are ready, but ours is a preventive alliance, we don't want a conflict", he declared.
