The Russian military siege to the Ukrainian capital continues unabated. The Army led by Moscow arrived to few miles from the center of Kiev in last hours. The bombardments of Moscow also hitted an Antonov aircraft plant. The production factory was located at the Sviatoshyn Airfield, about 10 km from the city center. 

This was reported by the Russian newspaper "Kyiv Independent", which quotes the state emergency service. Meanwhile, Russian artillery would be the author of the attack on a nine-story apartment building located in the Oblon district, in the north-west of the city. The toll is two dead and three wounded. At least 15 other people were rescued from the fire that broke out following the attack, while rescuers evacuated a total of 63 others.
