Israel-Dutch military agreement

Tel Aviv will supply 20 artillery missile systems

The Israeli Defense Ministry, led by Yoav Galant, announced the signing of an agreement with the Dutch Ministry of Defence for the purchase of Puls (Precise & Universal Launching System) artillery missile systems, produced by the Elbit Systems company, based in Haifa, Israel. The value of the deal is 281.6 million Euros over five years.

"This is the first government-to-government defense export agreement signed between Israel and the Netherlands. It is one of the largest agreements signed between Tel Aviv and a European nation in recent years. The defense solutions developed by our industries allow us to strengthen our ties with states around the world and improve our position on the international stage", said Galant.

The five-year contract provides for the supply of 20 Puls systems integrated with Commit truck platforms, as well as rockets of various capacities, training services, logistic support and maintenance. The artillery system allows the use of both free-flying and remote-guided missiles with a range of between 12 and 300 km.
