KOREAN AIR PUNCTURES A TYRE ON A RUNWAY

KANSAI, GIAPPONE, A runway at japanese Kansai airport was yesterday closed for about 40 minutes after an incoming Korean Air jet punctured a tyre and stopped on the taxiway blocking the runway. Nine departing flights and 20 arriving flights were delayed, Kyodo News said.
