NINE EC-135 OF BAVARIAN POLICE WILL BE RE-ENGINED

LE BOURGET, PARIS, Souces of Eurocopter informed that Bavarian police will re-engine nine of its EC-135 helicopters, currently equipped with Pratt&Whitney PW206B turboshaft with the new version B2 providing 708 shp, allowing the EC-135 to take off in A category with a MTOW of 6200 lbs. The nine EC-135 entered in service in 1997 and have elapsed about 1100 service hours.
