LOME, AFRICA, The Air Afrique strike, which has been invoked by several days, has created disruption to CEDEAO meeting bacause most of ministers have experienced difficulties to rrive to Lome, where the meeting is held. In fact, Air Afrique operates most of African domestic flights. Only Togo ministers, who is arrived by car, was present at the meeting
