EU GAVE ITS APPROVAL TO SNECMA TO TAKE OVER HUREL-DUBOIS

BRUSSELS, BELGIUM, European Commission approved the acquisition of Hurel-Dubois, an industry specialized in engine cars and thrust reversers manufacturing, by Snecma. The world market of thrust reverser is owned for one third by Boeing, while Hurel-Dubois is the leader in Europe.
