U.S. FEDERAL JUDGE REFUSE TO OBLIGE DELTA PILOTS TO WORK OVER THEIR NORMAL HOURS

ATLANTA, A U.S. federal judge has denied Delta Airlines the possibility to ask its pilots to work overtime, claimed by airline occurring winter holydays. The judge has also warned pilot's union to avoid any illegal action against airline's interest. Delta has 9800 pilots, waiting for a work contract definition since september 1999.
