LONDON, United Airlines is to introduce battery-powered mobile check-in units - called "chariots" - at London's Heathrow Airport this spring. A customer service representative will work in each chariot, which will be able travel to any hot spot in the airport to issue tickets, boarding passes and baggage tags.
