Trieste, Italy - The airline was charged to pay reparations for damages

Three travellers flying from Trieste (Italy) to Fortaleza (Brazil), after the cancellation of the first route to Milan and the replacement with a flight to Rome, did not find their luggage in Brazil. Their suitcases arrived after ten days, when the tourists had already purchased new clothes and personal effects.
