FIAR IN SOSTAR GMBH JOINT VENTURE

ROME, Fiar Spa, a Alenia Difesa-Finmeccanica's society, has acquired the 28 per cent of Sostar Gmbh. The other European partners of this joint venture, born for the development of the airborne radar for terrestrial surveillance Sostar-X, are the German Eads, the French Thales, the Spanish Indra and the Dutch Fokker Space.
