Amadeus is in sale

Paris, France - Air France, Iberia e Lufthansa main shareholders of the firm

It is a news from the French daily "Les Echos" that Air France, Iberia e Lufthansa decided to start the sale of Amadeus, that is a travel bookings firm, in which the three European State carriers are the major shareholders. According to the newspaper the airlines have already sent to 10 of the probably buyers a memorandum of the firm and the first offers are expected to come at the beginning of November....
