Paris, France - Even Sweden keep to cover a key-role inside Air Force

Even if Austria has chosen for the Eurofigher Typhoon rather than Saab's Gripen, Sweden has still a key-role inside Austrian Air Force. Saab Aerotech has signed right now a long-term contract for the technical and logistic support of Saab's 105OE training aircraft, the variant of SK-60. Saa's 105OE are operative by 1970 and will stay at Austrian military Air Force for about 10-15 years.
