Air Berlin, the investment fund Vatas is the new majority shareholder

Frankfurt, Germany - Yesterday the stock increases 10.23%

The new majority shareholder of Air Berlin, with a 15.4% share and with voting right, is the investment fund Vatas, led by Lars Windhorst. The financial operation has been carried out by Haarlem One, a subsidiary of the fund. Yesterday in the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the Air Berlin stock increases 10.23% to 13.69 Euro, the best performance since August 2006.
