Berne, Switzerland - The Helvetian Nation accuses the African Country of having used a training airplane for warlike purposes

Last January 17, SECO (State Secretariat for Economic Affairs) informed that a training airplane of the type Pilatus PC-9 supplied to Chad was equipped with suspension devices essential for the armament, and that probably the aircraft was armed.
