JAPANESE AIRCRAFT MAKERS TO INCREASE PRODUCTION

TOKYO, Japanese aircraft industries Mitsubishi and Kawasaki are planning to boost regional jet production. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd is expected to double production of fuselage fro Bombardier's regional jets, while Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd will help Embraer to develop its 70-seat ERJ-170 regional jet.
