Italy does not forget Kindu massacre. Today, 47 years later, Italian Air Force commemorates the victims with a Mass in Pisa. On November 11th 1961, 13 aviators of 46th Air brigade, landed in Kindu on board of two twin-engine planes C-119 "Lyra 5" and "Lupo 33" where they were killed by rebels.
