The inferior court delivered its verdict on alleged kickbacks paid by Finmeccanica to Indian officials. The Busto Arsizio court sentenced former Finmeccanica CEO and president Giuseppe Orsi and former AgustaWestland CEO Bruno Spagnolini to two years for international bribery.
