Tallinn, Estonia - Moscow says the aircraft did not violate international flight rules
Estonian Defence Forces reported yesterday that a Russian military airplane violated the country’s airspace. The aircraft, an Ilyushin 20, “Had no mission plan, its transponder was switched off.
