Airbus helicopters to Kuwait: investigations on the deal

The deal for the sale of 30 H-225M "Caracal" aircraft by Airbus Helicopters to the State of Kuwait will be investigated by the National Anti-Corruption Commission of the Arab Country: according to what local press reported on Wednesday it would have been declared by the Minister of the Kuwaiti government Anas Khalid Al Saleh, according to whom a review of the document of the deal would have been also asked to the State Audit Bureau of the emirate. The contract for the provision of the H-225M "Caracal" multirole utility helicopters and of an associated support and services package -to be operated by the Kuwait Air Force and the Kuwait National Guard- was signed in August 2016 (for further details see AVIONEWS).
