CALC purchases 15 additional A-320neo aircraft

Hong Kong, China - With the similar terms and conditions under the agreement signed with Airbus last December 28

CALC (China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited) announced that the Group has ordered 15 additional A-320neo airplanes today, with the similar terms and conditions under the Aircraft Purchase Agreement signed with Airbus on 28 December 2017. The aggregate list price for the additional Airbus planes is approximately USD 1.63 billion (equivalent to approximately HK$12.71 billion). These A-320neo units will be delivered to the Group in stages between 2022 and 2023. Following this incremental order, CALC’s total order book with Airbus will increase to 217 planes. The Group currently owns a fleet of 107 aircraft, and its backlog after the new order stands at 193 airplanes (143 Airbus and 50 Boeing). See for details AVIONEWS 1 and 2.
