Brief "Expo". Pegaso firms up H-175 helicopter follow-on order

The first aircraft delivered in Summer 2016; the second in Spring 2018

Two last ones will arrive in Mexico in 2019

Mexican Oil&Gas operator Transportes Aéreos Pegaso has signed for an additional H-175 helicopter, bringing to four the number of orders it has placed for this super-medium. Delivered in the summer of 2016, the first aircraft has been performing crew change missions for geo-seismic vessels. A second H-175 will be delivered in the spring of 2018 to serve one of the first international companies to start deep water operations in Mexico’s Perdido Belt.

Two last H-175 will arrive in Mexico in 2019. They will all be assigned to off-shore crew change missions in the Gulf of Mexico.

Pegaso is also the first customer in the Americas to sign a contract for FlyScan, the data analysis software that helps customers to analyse and manage the Health & Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) data from their helicopter fleet activities. Their FlyScan contract also covers 4 H-155 in their fleet.

Having already been contracted by 14 oil companies worldwide the H-175 met with commercial success last year with 19 new orders. Its global fleet is currently 22 helicopters which have accumulated more than 25.000 flight hours.
