Italian Aiad: replacements in sight in the BoD?

Uncertainty on some councilors with the new political scenario

Aiad is an Italian association that groups together many companies operating in the defense, civil and space sectors. The Leonardo Group is represented by 9 board members out of 16. Someone wonders what it takes for a company like Leonardo to also financially support an association like Aiad, given that the company's orders are made directly with its organization commercial in Italy and abroad. The medium industries present in the Aiad feel evidently crushed by the absolutely majority presence of Leonardo. If it is true that Daniele Romiti has left the Leonardo Group, as "Il Sole 24 Ore" reported it yesterday, and if it is true that Guido Crosetto (appointed by then CEO of Leonardo Mauro Moretti) will resign after his electoral success, in Aiad they will have to meet quickly to review the tasks. It might be time to leave Aiad also for Carlo Festucci, who has been a well-paid general secretary for over 20 years, who has passed the age of retirement.

In recent weeks we had recorded the rumor according to which new president of Aiad, in place of Crosetto, could be nominated the outgoing senator Nicola Latorre now president of the Defense Committee of the Senate.
