Bangkok Airways inaugurates direct route

From Chiang Mai to Hanoi

Bangkok Airways led by Varong Israsena Na Ayudhya, Vice President of Sales and Chanthip Thongkanya, Vice President Office of President, participated in the inaugural flight from Chiang Mai to Hanoi happened last Sunday from Hanoi's "Noi Bai" International Airport with a welcome by the authorities of the Vietnam.

It is the first airline to operate the direct route between Chang Mai and Hanoi. This new destination becomes a diplomatic bridge between the two countries in terms of tourism, economy, culture and society.

The carrier serves daily services by 70-seat ATR-72/500/600 aircraft.

Hanoi is the third destination in Vietnam that joins to the airline's network after the success on Bangkok-Danang and Bangkok-Phu Quoc flights.
