Spatial exploration. Russia gets out of the US lunar program
NASA assures that it has never received a criticism about it
At the 69th International Congress of Astronautics in Germany, the Roscosmos Director of International Cooperation Dmitry Loskutov stated that the Deep Space Gateway project is not interested in Russia, since the command structure in the hands of NASA. The name of the project would make one understand the intentions of hegemonizing space exploration as it would be "American to international participation", thus hypothetically giving the US space agency the leading role throughout the program. Statements that follow the similar ones said by the director of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin, but that go against those of the administrator of NASA Jim Bridenstin who said he "did not receive any criticism from Russia or other potential partners". Indeed, because many space agencies -as reported by "Space News"- expressed during the Congress their interest in participating in planning and work for the creation of the "Gateway", which should be smaller than the International Space Station (ISS).
