Aircraft. "Zhuhai Airshow": new Chinese stealth bomber will debut
The Hong-20 should have higher capacity than the US B-2
During the "Zhuhai Airshow", China should present a next-generation bomber, which will be called -as report by "the Global Times"- Hong-20 and which should take off for the first time in the short term. The details were not disclosed, but would have the ability to fly a greater distance than the current US Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit stealth bomber, from which the full shape would probably have been "copied". It should also be able to operate alongside the Shenyang J-31 and the Chengdu J-20 -potentially fifth generation ones- allowing the Chinese armed forces to have such comparable capacities -on paper- to those in the United States, although differences should remain many, especially the number of aircraft in service and the technologies used. All that remains is to wait for the bomber -in studio from 2008 to Shanghai- to be shown to the world at the beginning of next November, and then make the first flight so as to be able to evaluate the real capabilities of the aircraft.
