Russia: there will be in 2025 in orbit the first section of the lunar space station?

Still to design the carrier rocket, the spacecraft and the landing module

In the next three months the director of the Russian space agency (Roscosmos) Dimitry Rogozin should announce what the stages will be and how the lunar program of the Nation will be structured, but in the meantime the chief designer of the manned complexes Evgeny Mikrin explained that by the end of 2025 the launch of the base module of what will be the new space station, but in the lunar orbit, should be carried out. A new "space race" that sees Russia and the United States face the exploration of the Moon, even if on several occasions the directors of both agencies have received words that invite more to dialogue to join forces.

The fact remains that Moscow seems intent on doing "alone" bringing for the first time a Russian astronaut on the lunar surface, which should be made possible by the orbiting station, where the new generation Soyuz spacecraft and landing modules will be anchored before get to the Moon. What is not clear, however, is how Russia -which does not have huge financial resources- will be able to finance itself a program that is one of the most expensive in the history of space exploration, not only for building the station but also for design the vector rocket, the spacecraft and the landing module.
