Elettronica Group receives "100 Italian excellence" award
During a solemn ceremony at the Chamber of deputies in Rome
Elettronica Group was awarded the "100 Italian excellence" award during a solemn ceremony that took place at the Chamber of Deputies in Rome. The recognition annually identifies and enhances individuals and businesses who have distinguished themselves for their initiative, ability, study, competence and innovation in the most different areas of application.
In the case of Elettronica the award was recognized in the "Defense Electronics" category, a recognition of the company's almost 70-year history and successes. In 1951, with just a few dozen people, it became a Group with over 900 employees, with three distinct companies: Elt SpA, world reference in electronic defense, Elt Gmbh, a German subsidiary specialized in homeland security and Cy4gate, specialized in cyber security and cyber intelligence.

Elettronica Group, based in Rome, has been a worldwide reference group in the Electronic Warfare sector for almost 70 years, providing strategic surveillance, self-defense and electronic attack systems for naval, air and land use to the Armed Forces and the governments of 30 Countries. Controlled by the Benigni family, with Thales and Leonardo in the shareholding structure, it is part of a Group to which also belong Cy4gate, specialized in Cyber EW, Cybersecurity and Intelligence, and Elettronica Gmbh, a German subsidiary specialized in the design of Homeland Security systems.
