Accident Emiliano Sala: found the wreck of the plane
Submerged in the English Channel
In the depths of the English Channel was found -yesterday- the wreck of the Piper PA-46 Malibu plane where the footballer Emiliano Sala was travelling. The plane had disappeared on 22nd January during the Nantes-Cardiff flight just north of Guernsey, and the first searches had been unsuccessful so much so that the British island police had stopped them since there was no hope. The discovery in the Cotentin peninsula of parts of the Piper seats, however, has reopened the search in order to identify the wreck, a task entrusted to the ship Fpv Morven paid by the family of Emiliano Sala. Today's operations -according to the British press- will pass to the ship Geo Ocean III that will send a mini-submarine to explore the wreck of the aircraft, allowing an assessment of the conditions so as to decide whether to recover it or not.
